HOW YOU TRAIN
THE ASSASSIN METHOD

COMBAT MOVEMENT
Jab-cross combinations, footwork patterns, shadowboxing sequences, and striking drills built from real knockdown fighting methodology. Not kickboxing aerobics. Actual combat training.

SPEED + AGILITY
Ladder drills, lateral shuffles, reaction training, explosive sprints, and direction-change work. Your body learns to respond fast — and mean it.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
Bodyweight and resistance work focused on the strength an Assassin actually needs — core, upper body control, and lower body power. Nothing useless. Everything intentional.
THE 12 -WEEK JOURNEY
YOUR FOUR PHASES
Learn the language of movement.
Footwork fundamentals, basic combinations, intro to agility work. You're building the foundation. Assassins don't rush — they get the basics right before anything else. By the end of week three, you'll move differently than when you started.
Weeks 1–3
THE RECRUIT
Weeks 4–6
THE APPRENTICE
Intensity increases. Combinations get complex.
Speed and reaction work are introduced. The training gets harder and your body starts to adapt. This is the phase where most programs lose people — and where this one keeps you. Because you're not just working out. You're becoming something.
Weeks 7–9
THE OPERATIVE
Full training mode. This is where it gets real.
Harder drills, longer combinations, conditioning pushed further than you thought possible in week one. You'll be surprised by what you can do. That surprise is the point.
Weeks 10–12
THE SHADOW
Precision over everything.
Peak performance. You're not working to get fit anymore — you're refining what you've built. The woman who finishes Phase 4 is not the same woman who started Phase 1. She moves differently. She thinks differently. She knows what she's capable of.
